All orders placed through our website or in person are subject to acceptance by Eastern Legacy Prints. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Prices for our services are listed in GHS and are subject to change without notice. Full payment or a 50% deposit is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all print proofs. Eastern Legacy Prints is not liable for errors (such as typos or color discrepancies) that were present in the approved proof.
We strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, but turnaround times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to technical issues, supply shortages, or third-party delivery services.
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any images or logos provided for printing. Eastern Legacy Prints does not claim ownership of client-provided designs but retains ownership of all proprietary design work created by our team.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
